Why bother finding someone’s chosen card when their ring can find their card for you? Ed Ellis is billed as the man with the fastest hands, lucky for you this fantastic new ring, rubberband, and card effect can be performed by anyone with some simple sleights and no gimmicks. This is Ringnature by Ed Ellis.
Here's what happens:
A card is freely chosen and signed by the spectator. The card is then lost in the deck. A ring is borrowed from the spectator and threaded through a rubber band. The ring and band are wrapped twice around the deck. Then, with a wave of the hand, the ring and rubber band completely disappear. When we say completely, the deck can be spread and they are nowhere to be found. For the finale, with a riffle of the deck, a single card shoots out of the middle of the deck. Not only is it the signed card, but the ring and rubberband are wrapped securely around it. Everything is examinable.
Ed has been performing this effect for audiences all over the world and was a highlight of his lecture at the Blackpool magic convention. In addition to the basic handline Ed teaches a method where the ring and rubber band find the royal flush or any four of a kind. This version is a great ending for a multiple selection routine. Plus, you'll learn New Ringnature. This is Ed's kicker ending where not only do the ring and rubberband vanish, they reappear on top of the deck wrapped around the signed card. Ringnature is a powerful way to find someone's signed card as well as leave them with a memorable souvenir.
