Poor Mage’s Billet System is ingenious. The billets used are business cards torn in half. The participants can write anything, anywhere on the billet. No restrictions to a certain part of the card. Their card is folded, paper clipped, and placed on the table (or in their hand). The Mage is able to duplicate or reveal the spectator’s thoughts, un-clip their card and hand it back for them to keep.
The Poor Mage’s Billet System is very well thought out. Each step motivated, logical and invisible. It’s also quite easy to do. This is not just a method or billet technique, but indeed a complete billet system no mentalist will want to be without.
