PDF
For those who have been looking for the first 5 books that Jerry Sadowitz and Peter Duffie published through Martin Breese - there is good news. All five books have been reprinted in one volume called CardZones. These are:
Alternative Card Magic (Duffie/Sadowitz), Contemporary Card Magic (Duffie/Sadowitz), Cards Hit (Sadowitz), Close-up to the Point (Duffie) & Inspirations (Duffie/Sadowitz).
CardZones is printed on high quality gloss paper and it is a large format volume of 256 pages with over 100 illustrations by David Britland & Roy Johnson. The book has red cover boards with black foil printing on the front cover and the spine. This is a heavy tome.
"I received Card Zones yesterday and just wanted to tell you what a beautiful piece of work it is. You've really done proud by Peter and Jerry. I love the cover, both color and illustration. The inside layout for all the tricks is beautiful. I don't whether the illustrations are the originals or redone for this, but they are very good. -Robin Robertson, UK"
"The Skill range covered in the book is from moderate to advanced. It is not for the beginner but ideal for the reader who has a basic knowledge of card technique. Nothing is beyond the scope of the true enthusiast. If their peers conducted a poll. I know that the authors would emerge as two of the worlds formost originators of high quality material. To find out why I hold this opinion I recommend that you investigate Card Zones as soon as possible. -Roy Walton, Abracadabra (Goodliffe publications)"
