"Mystic clips" is an effect where you make a paperclip teleport to a spectator's chosen card~
A card is selected and signed by a spectator and is lost into the deck.
You take out a paperclip and rub it on top of the deck. Suddenly it disappears and reappears hooked on the spectator's chosen card.
