International Magic - The Lennart Green Lecture
This is an opportunity NOT TO BE MISSED. Everyone who has attended Lennart Green's lecture has nothing but good things to say about it. Here's your chance to learn from this world renowned FISM winner!
A bit of history for those of you who may not be farmiliar with him.
Lennart Green (born December 25, 1941) is a world champion close-up/card magician from Sweden, a title which he won in 1991 at the FISM (one of the most prestigious magic competitions in the world, held once every 3 years) convention in Lausanne, Switzerland.
The story of him winning FISM has became legendary in magic.
When he previously took part in an earlier FISM competition, his magic was so amazing that the judges thought that he must have used secret stooges in the spectators to help him and he was disqualified.
When he took part in the FISM competition AGAIN, he insisted that the judges shuffles the cards themselves to prove that it's all legit and he won the FISM champion.
Lennart Green has created many original routines and sleights in card magic, including his famous Snap Deal, also known as the Laser Deal, where the card disappear immediately when it touches the table, and his seemingly impossible card controls.
He is known for seemingly chaotic routines which are highly original and display great skill.
He has also appeared on the World's Greatest Magic television special.
Here's your chance to meet and learn from this legendary magician for a one night only special!
And the best part, if you are an SMC forumite, you will be paying the same discounted rate as IBM members of $30 for the lecture.
