review:
Two things have always been lacking within the majority of the people who practice a LHP/Satanic mindset. Direction and proper occult knowledge. This book takes care of both. There is a generally "felt" idea among most LHP practicioners that "one must go through the darkness to find the light" or that there is "light within the darkness". Well what does that really mean? To just wallow in pretentious Mall-Goth-icisms and all that stuff that kids think is cool? NO. What O'toole presents is the ultimate practical guide of working through the abyss of youserlf, engaging that darkness and testing yourself against it on the way toward the light of your own gnosis. Highly reccomended to the experienced occult practicioner. If you're not familiar with the occult this book will challenge you but should get you asking important questions.
The author has described Bestian Gnosticism as Satanic(adjective), but not Satanism(category). Why? Because the nature of this work takes you away from the superficial realm of occult labels, useful as they may be, and into a Hell that only you can pull yourself out of. That is what this book is about.
